We want you to love your Swish Ball experience. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
